Namely one when there is a large leak of user data. Of course, in a short time they freeze the conflict, but the problem is that this has independently decided not to. Because no centralized platform exists for message exchange, it does not protect users from leaking personal data. And all because all data is stored on one Central service. This means that with system failure, or hacking, people will be able to suffer again from the negligence of messenger developers.
A new decentralized project called TOK intends to eliminate all problems in the message delivery industry.
